Kristin Mullen

Biography:Kristin Mullen, a lifetime resident of Warwick, NY, grew up and attended the Warwick schools. Kristin attended the esteemed SUNY Orange Physical Therapist Assistant program and graduated in 2012. Kristin worked at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in the Stroke Program.

Her focus was in neuro re-education, teaching stroke patients to take their first steps and eventually walk again. Kristin came to Optimum performance in May of 2013 and has proven to be an integral part of the Optimum Performance team. Her neurologic background has been invaluable to the patients who have come to Optimum Performance Physical Therapy. Her knowledge has helped patients improve independence and quality of life through therapy.

Samantha Dziuba, DPT

Education: DPT from New York Medical College 2012

Biography:Samantha, originally from Orange County, was an athletic female participating in basketball and softball growing up. Due to personal experiences, Samantha decided that Physical Therapy was the profession to pursue. Pt graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a BS in December 2008, continuing onto New York Medical College to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. In the future, Samantha hopes to further her skills by participating in multiple continuing education courses and will hopefully obtain a certification in Sports Physical Therapy. In her down time, Samantha enjoys watching hockey, baseball, and football in addition to playing with her dog Scout.
